In the first year of being diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer, I spent a lot of time, money and energy on researching and living a lifestyle that would help me heal. But perhaps the stress of all of this ‘trying’ was inhibiting the natural healing mechanisms of my body?

I felt that I needed to release my attachment to ‘curing myself’ and start enjoying life more! There is scientific evidence of the benefits of joyful activities on health, including laughing, music, dancing and art, which I hope to share soon.
